Dell has announced its Venue Pro Slider Phone that is powered by the Windows Phone 7 Smartphone OS. The Venue Pro was first introduced to us as the Dell Lightning a few months back in a leak. Word has it that the new Windows Phone 7, Venue Pro will be available on T-Mobile just in time for the holiday season. The Venue Pro features a Large 4.1-inch WVGA AMOLED Capacitive Touchscreen Display with Gorilla Glass, known for its scratch resistance and durability, there is a 5-Megapixel Camera and a slide-out QWERTY Keyboard targeted at the business users. The Dell Venue Pro Smartphone also comes pre-loaded with special T-Mobile applications such as T-Mobile TV, Netfix, Slacker, Telenav navigation and Family Room.The Dell Venue Pro will not be sold from T-Mobile stores but directly from the Dell website and through Dell and T-Mobile enterprise sales.

The Omnia 7 features a 4.-Inch Super AMOLED Touchscreen display with a 800×480 resolution, there is a 5-Megapixel Camera with Autofocus, LED Flash and 720p HD Videos at 25fps, 8GB of internal memory and powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm QSD8250 Processor and offers 3G connectivity. Other specifications that comes with the Samsung Omnia 7 GT-I8700 Smartphone, it has tools for connectivity to the top Social Networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, it comes with Bing Maps and Bing Search and access to entertainment options such as Xbox LIVE and Zune. There are features such as HSPA support, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi connectivity and an FM Radio with RDS. It will also be powered by Windows new Smartphone OS, the Windows Phone 7, no pricing details has been announced.
Samsung Wave II S8530 Bada Phone Announced
Tuesday, October 5th, 2010A new Samsung Handset has been announced which runs the Samsung Mobile OS, Bada. It is the Samsung Wave II S8530 which is intended to replace the Samsung Wave 8500. It is basically a minor upgraded version to the 8500, it features a 3.7-inch touchscreen display which uses Super Clear LCD panel an upgrade from the 3.3-inch Super AMOLED on original Wave, it is powered by a 1GHz Hummingbird Processor, there is a 5-Megapixel Camera with HD video recording, WiFi, Bluetooth and HSPA Support. The new Samsung Wave II S8530 is scheduled for release in November with a retail price of $429 euros.

It has social networking features that delivers updates from Facebook and Twitter to the handset’s homescreen. Addtional specifications of the Nokia C6-01 Handset includes WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, micro USB connector and supports microSD cards for expansion on the internal storage. The Nokia C6-01 supports both WCDMA/HSPA and quad-band GSM/EDGE networks, it comes in the colors of Silver and Black and will be priced at approximately 260 Euros.

If you have never heard of it, the Milestone 2 is basically the international version of the Verizon Motorola Droid 2. The Milestone 2 is powered by a 1GHz OMAP processor, 512MB of Ram and runs the Android Froyo 2.2 OS. There is a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display, it has a landscape sliding full QWERTY Keyboard, a 5-Megapixel Camera that has the capability to record 720p HD videos and uses dual-LED Flash as well. The handset also supports Adobe Flash Player 10.1 and other specifications including, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, can be used as a WiFi Hotspot to connect up to 8 WiFi-enabled devices, DNLA support, GPS Navigation plus the handset comes with 8GB of internal storage and accesses SD/SDHC cards.
AT&T LG C900
Saturday, August 21st, 2010The guys over at engadget has hinted us that a Windows Phone 7 handset is coming to AT&T soon, although not certain if the launch is imminent alot of Windows Phone 7 fans will be happy to see this. The handset is from LG and goes by the model name C900. It is a side-sliding handset with a full QWERTY keyboard, a touchscreen display, there is a chrome Windows key below the screen along with two buttons which are mostly likely used for navigation. There is no word on the release date or how much it will cost.

The Morotola A1680 is the first of the Motorola Ming Series to sport the Android Mobile OS, there is a 3.1-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen display, handwriting recognition and a stylus plus a not so popular Android 1.6 OS. Other specifications of the Motorola A1680 includes a 5-Megapixel Camera with Autofocus, a 624MHz processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 3G, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. It comes in the classic clamshell form factor and has a transparent flip that doubles up as a screen protector.

The Curve 3G Ships with BlackBerry 5 and is expect to be upgraded to BlackBerry 6 in the coming months. The Curve 3G has specs like a 2.4-inch (320×240) TFT display, a 2-Megapixel Camera, a full-QWERTY keyboard and optical trackpad for navigation, supports GSM Bands -850/900/1800/1900, HSPA Bands-850/1900/2100, GPS Navigation, Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR, WiFi, it supports microSD/SDHC cards and a 1150mAHr removable lithium-ion battery that offers up to 5.5 hours of talks. The Smartphone will be available all over by the end of this month.

The question being asked right now, is this the new HTC Desire HD and according to a Hong Kong forum this is it. Its evident that its is running the new Froyo OS. Well we just have to wait a few more days and I am sure we will hear more on this leak.
Motorola Glam XT800 Android Phone
Wednesday, August 4th, 2010Motorola has just brought all the goodness of the Android Eclair 2.1 to the consumers of South Korea, thanks to the new Motorola Glam XT800 Android Phone which was reportly called the Titanium previously. The new Motrola Glam XT800 features a 3.7-inch capacitive multitouch display with a 854×480 pixel resolution, the phone gets a 5-Megapixel camera with dual LED Flash, 1GB of NAND Flash and according to the company, the Glam is claiming to be the world’s lightest Android Phone. Other specifications of the Motorola Glam includes a 3.5mm headphone jack, HDMI output, 512MB of SDRAM, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, Built-in GPS Navigation and an 8GB microSD card. There has been no pricing information, however SK Telecom will be the carrier and they will start selling the device at the end of August.
