Samsung has introduced two new Full HD Pocket Camcorders, the HMX-P300 and HMX-P100. Each camcorders comes with a bar-kind design and options Samsung’s One Touch Sharing which allows the camcorders to share HD movies simply and fast. The Samsung HMX-P100 comes with a eight-Megapixel (BSI) CMOS sensor and a 3x optical zoom lens while the HMX-P100 comes geared up with a 5-Megapixel BSI sensor and a 1x zoom lens.Both camcorders share similar options together with face detection, digital picture stablization, USB arm for PC connectivity, HDMI output and Smart Auto mode. ViewSonic has announced its new 3DV5 Pocket 3D HD Camcorder. The Pocket-sized 3D HD Camcorder comes with dual sensors, both with 5-Megapixel goodness, this dual sensors allows the device to capture both 2D and 3D images as well as 3D videos with a 1280×720 resolution. Unfortunately the Camcorder only comes with 10MB of internal storage, however they made up for that by allowing it to accept SD/SDHC memory cards. The ViewSonic 3DV5 also comes with a feature which allows easy uploading of content to Social Networking and Video sharing sites such as Facebook and Youtube’s 3D Channel. Samson has introduced a new Portable HD Camcorder which has the capability to record 1080p Full HD Videos in H.264 format. It is the Samson Zoom Q3HD Full HD Pocket Camcorder which comes equipped with a five-megapixel CMOS sensor, a 4x digital zoom, there are integrated condenser microphones that can record 24-bit, 96kHz audio and the Q3HD also displays audio meters, which allows the user to set and monitor levels. The Pocket-sized camcorder has a 2.4-inch LCD display with a 320 x 240 pixel resolution, an icon-based user interface, an integrated USB port for downloading content to your PC, HDMI port for connectivity to your HDTV and a built-in speaker as well. The Samson Zoom Q3HD is powered by two AA batteries and comes bundled with HandyShare editing software and a 2GB SD Memory Card for a price of $299.

Samsung unveils its next generation compact camcorder that comes with a innovative 20-degree Slanted Lens, well alot of users will find it useful as it offers comfort to the wrists and arms while recording. Oh yes it goes by the name Samsung HMX-T10 and it comes equipped with a bright 2.7-inch LCD touchscreen display and a really cool function that allows the user to capture both images and videos at the same time. The HMX-T10 has a Back Side Illuminated CMOS Sensor that provides twice the sensitivity of the conventional CMOS sensors plus it delivers clear video and image footages in low light conditions. Kodak introduces its new PlayTOUCH Pocket-Sized Video Camcorder that is scheduled for a release date this fall. The PlayTouch Camcorder will be available in the colors if Smoke Gaze (Black), Chrome, Wine Country (Magenta), Cabana (Orange) and Spa Blue (Teal) with an estimated street value of $229.95. The device comes in a portrait-style form factor and has the capability to record Full HD videos and snap 5-Megapixel still images. There is also a 3-inch capacitive touchscreen LCD display for previewing your recorded videos and snap shot plus there is the option to preview on your HDTV as well, thanks to the HDMI Output.
