Elecom has rolled out a couple of new optical mice in Japan. Dubbed as the OBSIDIAN and RECT, the former is a wireless model, while the latter is a wired version. The Elecom OBSIDIAN (M-GE3DL series) wireless optical mouse features a futuristic design with 5 customizable buttons including 2 dedicated Forward and Back buttons. Each purchase of the OBSIDIAN comes equipped with a tiny USB receiver. The Elecom RECT (M-GE1UL series) features only basic functions of a mouse. Too bad, there is no info on pricing at this time.
