Panasonic has launched its new HM-TA1 Pocket-Sized Video Camera in addition to its HDC-SDX1 Ultra-Compact Full HD Camcorder. The Panasonic HM-TA1 can be used as a microphone and web camera for internet calling with programs such as Skype. There is also a software that allows easy connection to personal computers and online sharing. The HM-TA1 is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, extremely easy and intuitive to use, and yet it is still powerful enough to shoot full-HD video and high-quality photos. It supports the 960 x 540 iFrame video format, an integrated USB port, it measures 2.09 inch (w) x 0.70 inch (d) x 4.09 inch (h) and weighs approximately 0.25 lb when the battery and flash card is included.

I find Panasonic HD Camcorder a good brand when it comes to cost-effectivity. I just bought one recently – the specs are almost the same as other brands – but the price is just so much cheaper.
