Apple iPod Shuffle 4G

While updating the iPod Touch 4G and the iPod Nano 6G, Apple also found the time to do some updating to the Shuffle as well. It has been updated to the new iPod shuffle 4G (2010 model), the new 4G Shuttle has gotten back its buttons which were lost to the Shuffle 3G which operated solely by on VoiceOver for control. The VoiceOver function is still available in the new model, how you now have the option to click the buttons or use voice if you are to lazy to do it. The Shuffle 4G comes with an integrated clip for easy carrying like the other shuffles, it offers 2GB of internal storage and will be available in the colors of silver, blue, green, orange and pink. The Apple Shuffle 4G will be retailed for a price of $49.

Apple iPod Nano 6G

Along with the new Apple iPod Touch 4G, Apple also updated its iPod Nano to the iPod Nano 6G that comes with a 1.54-inch multi-touch LCD display and gets a built-in clip and a ultra small form factor. It is the sixth gen iPod nano and it has also gotten dedicated volume buttons and a sleep/wake button. It is also compatible with Nike +, it comes with a FM Radio, an accelerometer sensor, supports VoiceOver and has a icon-based UI that looks like that of the iOS. The Apple iPod Nano 6G Media Player will be available in the colors of silver, charcoal, blue, green, yellow, pink and red, there is a 8GB model for $149 and a 16GB model for $179.

Apple iPod Touch 4G comes with a Camera

Apple has officially announced the new iPod Touch 4G that comes with two cameras, one at the rear that is capable of recording 720p HD videos and a front camera for FaceTime video conversation with friends. The new device measures just 7.2mm thick that makes it much thinner than the previous versions. It comes with a 3.5-inch Retina Display with a 960×640, its kinda like the simplified version of the iPhone 4, but take away the Phone function, 3G data and add less advanced cameras.  Other specifications includes Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, 3-axis gyro, accelerometer and ambient light sensor, plus a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that offers up to 40 hours of music playback and 7 hours of videos. The new iPod Touch 4G will be available in the capacities of 8GB, 32GB and 64GB for $229, $299 and $399, respectively.

Motorola Milestone 2 Smartphone

Motorola has made its long awaited Milestone 2 Smartphone official yesterday. If you have never heard of it, the Milestone 2 is basically the international version of the Verizon Motorola Droid 2. The Milestone 2 is powered by a 1GHz OMAP processor, 512MB of Ram and runs the Android Froyo 2.2 OS. There is a 3.7-inch capacitive touchscreen display, it has a landscape sliding full QWERTY Keyboard, a 5-Megapixel Camera that has the capability to record 720p HD videos and uses dual-LED Flash as well. The handset also supports Adobe Flash Player 10.1 and other specifications including, Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, can be used as a WiFi Hotspot to connect up to 8 WiFi-enabled devices, DNLA support, GPS Navigation plus the handset comes with 8GB of internal storage and accesses SD/SDHC cards.

SanDisk Sansa Fuze+

SanDisk introduces its new Sansa Fuze+ that replace the Sansa Fuze Media player. The new Sansa Fuze+ is small and lightweight it fits directly into the palm of your hands, there is a 2.4-inch LCD display, a new capacitive touchpad for playback control, and is also fully compatible with SanDisk slotRadio cards or any microSD card loaded with music, photos or videos. The Fuze+ supports a wide range of media formats including MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC/M4A (DRM-free iTunes songs), FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, Audible, Secure WMA, Podcasts audio; H.264, MPEG-4, WMV videos; and JPEG, BMP, TIFF, GIF, PNG images. Olympus PEN E-P2

Olympus has announced its PEN E-P2 Black-on-Black Kit that comprises of the PEN E-P2 Body, a black M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 17mm lens and a black FL-14 flash. The Kit will be an exclusive, limited availability kit and is scheduled for release in October going for $999.99 per kit. If you don’t recall, the Olympus PEN E-P2 is a Micro Four Thirds Camera that comes equipped with a 12.3-Megapixel Sensor, Continuous Autofocus (C-AF) Tracking System, electronic image stabilization, TruePic V image processor, Live View Autofocus, Face Detection and Dust Reduction system. The camera is also capable of recording 1280x720p HD video at 30fps and has a 3-inch LCD display to preview your recorded HD videos.
